Class types include:
- Pre-and post natal fitness: a gentle exercise class using light weights to target the arms and floor exercises for the legs with a 5 minute meditation and relaxation cooldown at the end.
- Post natal belly blast: a serious cardio workout to strip belly fat and regain pre-pregnancy fitness.
- Firm and Sculptured: light weights with high reps used to trim and tighten the whole body .
- Dynamic balance: a combination of tai chi and pilates tailored to improving pelvic floor and abdominal strength as well as promote good balance.
