Group Exercise

Group exercise classes run 3 times daily at 6am,12pm and 3pm and last approximately 60 mins.

Class types include:

  • Pre-and post natal fitness: a gentle exercise class using light weights to target the arms and floor exercises for the legs with a 5 minute meditation and relaxation cooldown at the end.
  • Post natal belly blast: a serious cardio workout to strip belly fat and regain pre-pregnancy fitness.
  • Firm and Sculptured: light weights with high reps used to trim and tighten the whole body .
  • Dynamic balance: a combination of tai chi and pilates tailored to improving pelvic floor and abdominal strength as well as promote good balance.
